Having a hard time getting online fitness leads to visit your club?

The sooner you respond to an online lead, the bigger the chance they will pick up the phone:
Think of your incoming online lead as a phone call. You would pick then, right? So next time you receive a new lead in your inbox: grab your phone and call her/him straight back!
Someone just made a big step. He or she may have thought about taking this step for months. "Should I start training again? What gym should I go to? Or should I wait a bit longer?" Ask about it! This shows the personal attention you have for your members. And motivates your lead even more to start training at your gym (if you respond on time).
Your lead is already ‘very interested’ in your club. Your job is to change this into ‘fully convinced’. Invite him/her to your club to show the facilities. Tell something about your programs and qualities. Take enough time to make sure you answered all the questions. And most importantly: don’t wait (too long). People are busy. Make sure that you are and remain top of mind.
