It's presidential election time 2016 in the USA! Now, we all can see that Barack Obama is a fit president. But how about other presidents?
Whatever you think of his mental health near the end of his presidency, Ronald Reagan had his own personal fitness & exercise program! He was on top of the fitness and aerobics trend and hype at that moment. Read this article he wrote about Ronald's own exercise program.
Before their new website, IHRSA published a list of 5 USA presidents, that turned the White into a health club. Next to Ronald Reagen, the list consists of Gerald Ford, Teddy Roosevelt, Calvin Coolidge and Herbert Hoover. This Herbert Hoover even invented his own presidential game, Hoover Ball! A mixture of tennis and volleyball using a medicine ball.
Looking at the huge percentage of overweight and obese people in America, in the United Kingdom, in Germany, in the Netherlands... it's time to make America fit again. To make Canada fit again. To make the (western) world fit again! To make Europe and the UK & Ireland fit again!
